The Details

Responsibilities

  • Barrel Work - Threading and chambering rifle barrels on CNC machines, laser marking caliber on barrel, daily machine maintenance, and managing point of use inventory.
  • Other Machining and Miscellaneous Tasks - Manual lathe and mill work, fill in for other machine operators when needed, assist with facility improvement or repair projects

Qualifications   

  • Machine & Tool Certificate, AAS Degree, and/or 3 years of chambering experience
  • Ability to lift and manipulate all rquired material and stand for long periods
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, function well in a high-paced environment, and use all required tools and measuring devices
